They work around the globe. Along with their Headquarters in Washington, D.C., they have 56 field offices located in major cities throughout the U.S., more than 350 satellite offices called resident agencies in cities and towns across the nation, and more than 60 international offices called legal attachés in U.S. embassies worldwide. Participate in the Citizens AcademyThe FBI Citizens Academy provides you with an opportunity to learn more about the Federal Bureau of Investigation and meet new people throughout the community. While the local FBI field office is in Cincinnati, the Citizens Academy offers opportunities in both Cincinnati and Columbus, where there is a Resident Agency. After participating in the FBI Cincinnati Citizens Academy, you can enroll in the FBI Cincinnati Citizens Academy Alumni Association to continue to deepen your engagement in the local community by participating in volunteer activities, service projects, and educational activities, all the while meeting incredible people in your community. Enroll in FBI Citizens Academy Alumni AssociationAfter participating in the FBI Cincinnati Citizen's Academy (in either Cincinnati or Columbus), you are eligible to enroll in the FBI Cincinnati Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBICCAAA). Events are regularly held in both locations allowing you to deepen your engagement in the community. Participation in volunteer activities and service projects to strengthen the local community and participation in educational opportunities are cornerstones to the FBICCAAA. Events include clothing and food drives, tours of local companies, and educational engagements with the FBI.
